Refund policy
Before the order is shipped, the customer may cancel it and receive a full refund, as long as the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of purchase (this is because we process orders within 24–48 hours). Once the merchandise has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
The customer may choose to return the merchandise within 30 days after receiving the package. If it is a product quality issue or the customer is not satisfied due to personal preference, shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. The cost will be determined by the logistics company chosen by the consumer.
Conditions for returning items:
- All returned items must be unused and sent back in their original packaging for protection.
- Returned merchandise that is damaged upon receipt will not be refunded.
- Please contact us and provide your tracking/order number.
- Once we receive the returned items from the consumer, the refund will be issued using the original payment method, and the customer will receive the money within 5–15 business days.
